Ordering & Payments
We accept all major credit / debit cards through a secure PayPal checkout system.
We use PayPal as we feel it is the safest and most efficient payment system for our customers. We do not have access to any of our customers credit/debit card details.
Payment is charged in full to your account/card upon checkout completion.
Postage is dependant on the size of the order, starting at £2.99 per order, to one address within the UK (excluding the channel isles)
We're sorry Hearth and Heritage only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).
Once your order is complete we will send it via Royal Mail 1st class Post.
We will obtain a proof of postage certificate when we dispatch your parcel and we will e-mail you to advise when your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery will normally take between 1 - 3 days from despatch. For further details regarding delivery please visit the Royal Mail website.
Express delivery can be arranged please contact us for details.
Lost , Damaged or Missing Items
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in one piece. We pack every order according to Royal Mail specifications.
We cannot be held responsible parcels lost or damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit please contact us and we will provide proof of postage for your items. If you receive your items damaged please contact us immediately and we will take steps to arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost to yourself.
In order for us to replace your damaged items we will require you to return, at your own cost, the damaged items and packaging to us. We must receive the damaged items back, before we issue a replacement, in order to claim all costs back from the Royal Mail.
In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will rectify the problem quickly and to your satisfaction.
